If you prefer other services, you can also use PackageRadar or AfterShip. Both work similarly: simply paste your tracking number into their search field and click to track.
Step 3: What to Do If Tracking Information Is Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipment is created, especially for international orders. If your tracking number shows no results after 48 hours, or if the status has not changed for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate and get back to you promptly.
