4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from CahciLoddi. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Pants, Skirts, or T-Shirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

  • Sale items or final sale products are non-refundable unless they are defective.
